Q: How
do I register to International Tales?
A: Log on to the website.
Under the heading “Account” select register. The registration screen will
appear. Fill out the fields with the required information and then select a
subscription package.

Q: What is a User
Name?
A: Your user name is a name
that you create. The combination of username and password allows access to
your account.

Q:
What is a subscription package?
A: A subscription package
is a purchased package that determines the amount, of minutes and the duration of
time your membership is valid. Your minutes must be used within the given
period. You will never lose your minutes as long as your membership is renewed.

Q:
How do I choose a subscription?
A: Under the
heading “Account,” select “purchase package.” Various Package Plans will
appear. Choose the plan that most suits you. (For example Plan #3 is for 720
minutes for 3 months, meaning 720 minutes are available for this package to
be used (listened to) within 3 months from the date of purchase. )

Q: Do I have to create a
Paypal account?
A: When you are ready to
purchase a package, the site will redirect you to the secure Paypal site. If you
already have a PayPal account you can go directly to pay and purchase. If you do not
have an account with PayPal your will be asked to enter your credit card
information to make a
purchase. Paypal maintains the credit card information. International Tales
Inc. does not retain any
credit card information for its members.

Q:
What form of payment can I make?
A: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover are all accepted.

Q: Does
my membership expire?
A: Yes. The term of
membership is based on the package that you purchase. Please refer to the

Q: How do I
increase the number of minutes on my account?
A:
Please refer to the Plan Package page or the following link
http://internationaltales.com/internationaltales/PackagePurchase.aspx
to purchase additional
minutes. If you have remaining minutes (but the term has expired), they will
be added to the new minutes you purchase and your membership will extend based
on the new package term you purchase. If your membership has not expired,
whichever term is longer (existing or new purchased package) will take
precedence.

Q: What if I cannot
remember my password?
A: From the home page,
under “Account,” select “forgot password.” Enter user name, then click,
the "forgot
password" button. The “forgot password reminder question” will appear. Answer
the question then reset your password. The password will then be e-mailed to the
email account you have registered. You can update your account info anytime you have logged in.

Q: What if I want to change my password or any of my contact information?
A: Login with your user
name and password then select "My Account" information located on the left hand
bar. Make desired changes and click the save details button at the bottom of the
screen.

Q: How do I
create multiple passwords for the same account?
A: Multiple passwords for
the same account are not allowed. A new account will need to be created.

Q:
How can I tell which stories I have listen to?
A: Log in to your account
and select the “Stories I’ve listened to” option. This Option provides a detailed
history of account activities.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the story… bad sound
distortion?
A:
Try connecting to a better speaker system that allows volume control. You
can also try to adjust the volume control on the Windows/Mac speaker setup.
(For Windows it is located under Start->Control Panel->Sound and Audio

Q: How are the stories
rated and categorized?
A: Stories are categorized
by language, length of story and age appropriateness, and follow the movie rating
system. (PG, PG13, for example).

Q: How do I
find the same story in a different language?
A: Go to the home page
under “Stories,” choose language and summary or title. The list of
stories in the language chosen will appear. You may also use the “advanced”
search option at the top of the page, type in the name of the story, and
choose “Go”.

Q: How
can I tell how many minutes I have left on my account?
A: Once you are logged in, your available minutes appear on the top left side bar.

Q: How do I preview the
content of the stories?
A: Click on the story
title, and a description and details will appear.

Q: What is a
Gift Card?
A:
A gift card can be purchased for blocks of time to listen to
stories: a great way to share great stories with friends and their children!
19.
Q: How
long does it take IT to respond to a question or comment?
A: Normally you will receive a response to your inquiry
within 48 hours.
20.
Q: Can I listen to a previously-heard story without using my minutes?
A: Yes, once you have
heard a story, you have the ability to listen to it again, even if your
minutes are zero. However, if your membership period has expired you will
need to renew your membership in order to listen to the new or
previously-heard stories.
